ART BASEL 2014 - REFLECTIVE DIMENSIONS

ART BASEL 2014 - REFLECTIVE DIMENSIONS

Reflective Dimensions is a collaborative art installation between Tini Courtney and Griffin Loop, fixed in the trees of the Wynwood Walls in Miami, Fl.
The outdoor museum is beloved for exhibiting works from some of the world’s greatest artists in the graffiti and street art genre.
Art Basel presented Tini and Griffin with the exciting opportunity to fabricate something special to welcome fair patrons to the Wynwood Walls. The three handmade geometric pieces are 4ft in size and composed of metal, 24 karat gold leafing, pendants, gems and built in mirrors that reflect the faceted forms and lend a sophisticated camouflage effect in the right light. They set out to evoke reflection by creating an interactive element of larger scale for the wonderland of murals.
If you’re in Miami, check out the environmental art intervention at Wynwood Walls on 25th and NW 2nd Ave. The pieces are for sale individually or as a collection.
