Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Items that are made-to-order have longer wait times of 3-4 weeks. Duties and taxes are not included in your total at checkout and HOWL is not responsible for any charges due upon arrival of goods in your country. These rates are determined by your location.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and instructions on where to ship it to.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
