Shipping & Returns
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Made-to-order items have longer wait times of 3-4 weeks. You will be contacted if there is an adjustment that needs to be made. For a rushed order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your needs.
We ship internationally. Shipping times vary based on your exact location. Duties and taxes are not included in your total at checkout and HOWL is not responsible for any charges due upon the arrival of goods in your country. These rates are determined by your location.
If you are not satisfied with your online order we are happy to arrange a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original HOWL box. Please contact us straight away with your online return request at email@example.com
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your name, description, and a photo of the damage. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and instructions on where to ship it to. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
